OxyWheel is a mobile gaseous Oxygen Generation Plant based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand for air compressor. The generator produces Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3 which is stored in Oxygen Buffer Tank for smooth supply of Oxygen. Oxygen in Buffer Tank is maintained at 4~6 bar pressure. It is regulated to desired pressure through a valve for supply to Hospital Line.
