The rapid response mobile diagnostic laboratory titled ‘I- LAB’ is a Government of India (Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology), and AMTZ joint initiative to expand rapid-response testing capacities to address the Global pandemic/epidemic outbreaks like COVID-19. It facilitates large scale testing and detection of infection in lesser time. ILAB is the first mobile diagnostic laboratory built in the country that enables sample collection and testing using RT PCR, Rapid Antigen Test kits & ELISA testing kits.
